Case Checklist
One consumer’s case, stage by stage, read from the records themselves: what has been reached, what is still ahead, and the honest share complete.
Who sees what: A viewer must be able to work the case: it has to sit in their dashboard scope and they must be able to edit it. Anyone else gets the same neutral notice whether or not the case exists, so case IDs cannot be probed by guessing.

What you’re looking at
One case, read from the records themselves. This is the pipeline view turned on its side: the same 17 stages, for a single consumer, with the ones already reached ticked off and a progress bar that reports the honest share. Nothing here is typed in for the demo.
On this screen you can
- See which stages a case has reached and which are still ahead, with optional steps labelled as optional
- Switch the same shortcode to the orientation checklist (the six review items plus the two uploaded documents) or the final report checklist
- Follow the breadcrumbs back up to the pipeline the case sits in
Enforced server-side
- A viewer must be able to work the case: it has to sit in their dashboard scope and they must be able to edit it
- Anyone else gets the same neutral notice whether or not the case exists, so case IDs cannot be probed by guessing
- A document item only counts as done when the file is actually on record, not merely when the box was ticked
In this demo you’re watching the screen as Marcus Ellison — Program Supervisor, against a fictional organization of 10 staff and 15 consumers. Signing in with a different role changes what renders — that scoping is the product, not a demo trick.
