What you’re looking at

A searchable roster built from a direct query against the staff records — it does not depend on any directory add-on at runtime. The first paint is server-rendered and honours filter query args, so it works with JavaScript switched off; a small script then live-filters through a REST endpoint as you type.

On this screen you can

  • Filter by name, department, credential, expertise, county and languages spoken
  • Open any card for a detail view with the person’s full professional bio
  • Combine filters — they narrow together rather than replacing each other

Enforced server-side

  • Staff-only by default. An org admin can publish it, but only by ticking a separate risk-acknowledgment box in the same save — the toggle will not flip quietly
  • PII is never rendered either way. Personal email, personal phone and emergency contacts are not read for this view at all — only name, title, department, region, county, languages, expertise, photo and bio
